Your initial visit involves an assessment – medical history, physical measurements of body fat, weight, muscle imbalances and strengths, flexibility, posture, endurance, food and water intake and activity level. We also verify what your specific goals are. The assessment is vital to designing your unique fitness and nutrition program. Once this is established a plan is implemented and sessions begin.

Sessions will start with a warm-up. This lasts for about 10 minutes. Next comes the core workout – where we are getting the results. This can last anywhere from 30 – 50 minutes depending on the program. Last comes the cooling down stage. This is again done by stretching to improve muscle flexibility and helping to reduce soreness.

You are reassessed approximately every three weeks. Your program will be continually adjusted so that you are getting the most out of your workouts. Routines are changed up so they do not become boring.
